Menus

The Menus offer all actions accessible from the main window. They consists of three major groups:

• File actions group saving and loading actions, including possible imports and exports.
• Edit actions concern parameters that are global to the data analysis. They notably influence the computation of the promoter activities and protein concentrations from the data.
• Operation actions are the same as the buttons available in the bottom right corner of the main window. They apply to the selected well and open separate windows.

Note that many menus have keyboard shortcuts you can use directly to execute the corresponding actions. For example, the classical CTRL+S accelerator saves the file.
